The legendary Imola hosted its second WEC six hour race in 2025, offering a totally different result and event to the round 12 months ago.
Ferrari, this time, kept cool under pressure to win overall, as the threats of heavy rain eased throughout the race - something the Tifosi were praying for at the drop of the green flag.
Photographer Harry Parvin, who has shot for the WEC and European Le Mans Series in previous years, and now turns to servicing a number of clients across series and paddocks, has provided Only Endurance with a set of exclusive images to enjoy. Here's what he had to say about the weekend in Italy:
'There really is something special about Imola, and I got to enjoy another weekend where I was shooting for race winners.
'There’s a bit of extra buzz when you’re focusing your work on someone who ends up on the top step, not to mention trying to capture that moment when you’re packed in with the brilliant Italian fans below the podium.'

'One of the standout sessions for me was shooting the Senna monument. It’s a tricky one — technically challenging and not the easiest to set up — but when it works, it really works.
'Definitely one of those rewarding shots that stands out in the set. Beyond that, setting up a two-car static shoot in 15 minutes was definitely a sprint to complete, but we got it done and the TF Sport Corvettes looked great again.'

'Imola’s a pretty condensed circuit but even so some weekends you can’t get to every corner. I managed to spend decent time at some of the classic angles and felt like I really nailed those spots that I got to spend more time at. GT racing was absolutely packed — so many cars bunched up, which makes for great visuals.
'I ended up trackside almost every time it was heavy cloud, so if WEC comes back next year, I’m putting in an early request for bright blue sky.”
