The development on Le Mans Ultimate continues, with Studio 397 and Motorsport Games today announcing the release of the latest DLC pack, which adds the Porsche and Aston Martin GT3 cars to the game.
This means, with the extra addition of the Ford Mustang GT3, which is free content to all players, the game is only missing the Lexus RC F GT3 and Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo, to complete the roster for the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship GT3 field.
The new-for-2025 Aston Martin Valkyrie is also not present in the game right now, and will arrive at a later date. The same can also be said for Qatar's Losail International Circuit, which will host the season opener for 2025 next Friday.
DLC pack 4, containing the Porsche 911 GT3.R and Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3, will release on February 25th, and will cost £5.99 / €6.99 / $7.49. The Ford Mustang GT3 will be provided for free to anyone who has bought the early access version of the game on Steam.

Other improvements
The update also includes a new tyre model for the GT3 cars, which Studio 397 says is a 'significant update from the last release'.
The studio have worked with real-life drivers and data to update the tyre model, which they say should be more realistic and stable. It will enable 'players to push with confidence throughout their stint', and sees the balance shifted rearwards, allowing more aggressive setups to be used in each individual car's operating window.

The new model also includes increased load sensitivity on the rear tyres, decreasing what Studio 397 calls the 'push' on the rear tyres, typically found at high speeds. The slip curve and transient thermal grip loss have both been tightened too, resulting both in more grip and performance loss when a tyre is pushed beyond its limits.
Finally, thermal degradation has also been tweaked. This means the benefit from aggressive sliding over longer stints has been reduced, so you'll need to take more care of your tyres — something that's essential in 24 hour racing.

New head-up display
There's also a new head-up display in this release, which improves the access to data you'll have while in the car.
You'll be able to see tyre compound and virtual energy data in the top left of the screen, plus if any drivers around you have been pinged by the stewards and have outstanding penalties.
The multi-function display (MFD) has also had some improvements, helping you know which cars around you are directly in competition with you. Much like other sims, drivers laps ahead or behind will now have colours applied to their names — red for drivers about to be a lap ahead, blue for drivers a lap behind.

And in the top-right section of the HUD, you'll see a 'last lap' addition, to help you assess your current performance. You can also reset the time delta via a keyboard shortcut, and sector splits have been upgraded to ensure accuracy.
You'll also see an estimated number of laps left in the race, based on the top category in that specific race.
Finally, you'll also see a new damage display, which Studio 397 says is one of the most requested features from players. The display will have four states — white for normal, yellow for minor damage, red for major and flashing red for a missing part of the car.
Studio 397 chief Stephen Hood says...
'The last update in December 2024 brought a significant increase in players to the game with LMGT3 cars and new features. We believe the improvements, new cars and additional circuit layouts for this release will delight fans and keep you engaged with a game that continues to move in a positive direction.'
